Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Select a Service Line
When you first log in, you'll see a dropdown to select from your available service lines. Each service line represents a satellite subscription (Starlink, OneWeb, or Amazon Leo) and may have one or more terminals connected to it. Select the service line you want to monitor.
Step 2: Choose a Terminal
If your service line has multiple terminals, a terminal selector will appear allowing you to choose which one to view. The dashboard will display real-time telemetry data for the selected terminal including status, signal quality, speeds, and latency.
Step 3: Monitor Your Connection
The Dashboard provides live metrics updated every 15 seconds. Key metrics include:
- Status - Whether your terminal is online, delayed, or offline
- Signal Quality - How well your dish is communicating with satellites
- Download/Upload Speed - Current throughput in Mbps
- Latency - Network round-trip time in milliseconds
- Obstruction - Percentage of time the signal is blocked
Step 4: Explore Additional Features
Use the navigation menu to access FleetView for a map overview of all your terminals, data usage history, billing management, and more. Each section of this help guide provides detailed instructions for specific features.
