When you purchase a data pack, how long does it last?

A data pack lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I carry forward unused data?

No, unused data expires at the end of 30 days and cannot be carried forward.

How does the Daily Data Plan work?

A Daily Data Plan provides a fixed daily data quota for 30 days. Each day you can use up to your daily quota. For example, a 512 MB Daily Data Plan allows 512 MB of data usage per day for 30 days. Unused daily data does not carry forward.

Is there a minimum or maximum speed?

No, there is no minimum speed, but there is no maximum speed either. Your connection speed may vary depending on your location, the Starlink network, and other technical conditions.

How do I get online?

Connect to the WELCOME Wi-Fi network, open your browser, and follow the instructions on the WELCOME Portal to create an account and purchase a data pack. Once your purchase is complete you will receive an access code.

I purchased data but still cannot connect. What should I do?

Make sure you are connected to the WELCOME Wi-Fi network and enter the access code provided. If you still cannot connect, contact support at welcome@elcome.com.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Where is WELCOME available?

WELCOME is available in international waters and in the territorial waters of over 120 countries.

How do I check my data usage?

Log in to the WELCOME Portal and access the dashboard to view your data usage and purchase history.
