No, unused data expires at the end of 30 days and cannot be carried forward.
A Daily Data Plan provides a fixed daily data quota for 30 days. Each day you can use up to your daily quota. For example, a 512 MB Daily Data Plan allows 512 MB of data usage per day for 30 days. Unused daily data does not carry forward.
No, there is no minimum speed, but there is no maximum speed either. Your connection speed may vary depending on your location, the Starlink network, and other technical conditions.
Connect to the WELCOME Wi-Fi network, open your browser, and follow the instructions on the WELCOME Portal to create an account and purchase a data pack. Once your purchase is complete you will receive an access code.
Make sure you are connected to the WELCOME Wi-Fi network and enter the access code provided. If you still cannot connect, contact support at welcome@elcome.com.
